How to Use SBI InstaPay for Online Bill Payments:

SBI InstaPay is an Online Payment Service provided jointly by State Bank of India and BillDesk. This facility is  available exclusively for SBI Customers. If you wish to use SBI InstaPay, you must have a Bank Account with SBI. In addition you should have SBI Internet Banking Facility or have SBI ATM cum Debit Card.

You can make payments for following bills, taxes and recharges:

You can pay above Bills and Recharges through SBI InstaPay on BillDesk Portal. There are two options of payment i.e. By SBI Internet Banking OR By SBI ATM cum Debit Card. However, some bills support only one payment option i.e. SBI Online Net Banking.

How to Make Online Payment through SBI InstaPay

  1. Go to SBI InstaPay Portal at
  2. Select your Type of Payment from the Available List.
  3. Select your Mode of Payment as State Bank of India NetBanking OR SBI Debit Card.
  4. You will be redirected to SBI Online Portal at
  5. Login with your User Name and Password to proceed.
  6. Also enter your SBI Profile Password or High Security Password to approve the payment.
  7. As you Online Payment is Successful, you can save your payment receipt as proof.

Important: When you make any bill payment through SBI InstaPay, your payment will be Received by the beneficiary person/company within two working days. So it is advisable to pay your bills at least before two days of due date. In case the Last Date of Bill Payment is today, Don’t pay your bill by SBI InstaPay. You should better visit respective company’s office and pay your bill by cash.
